特此通知KSA产品的制造商和出口商，SASO最近向认证机构发出通知，澄清了SASO IECEE认可证书（SIRC）和照明配件能效（EE）注册的强制性要求。需要注意的是，SASO 2902范围内的照明配件的EE注册自2019年1月1日起实施，包括照明配件在内的照明产品的SIRC自2019年2月1日开始实施。
因此，对于根据KSA海关税则代码850431000000分类的产品，请注意以下事项：
如果您的产品是照明配件，如变压器、电源和电源转换器以及其他类似部件，您需要在SABER申请认证之前申请SIRC（通过MANEH门户）和EE注册（通过SLS门户）。
Manufacturers and Exporters of products to the KSA are hereby informed about SASO’s recent notification to Certification Bodies clarifying the mandatory requirement of SASO IECEE Recognition Certificate (SIRC) and Energy Efficiency (EE) registration for Lighting accessories. It is to be noted that EE Registration for Lighting accessories under the scope of SASO 2902 was implemented from 1st January 2019 and SIRC for Lighting products including Lighting accessories was implemented from 1st February 2019.
Accordingly, please be informed of the below for products classified under KSA Customs Tariff Code 850431000000:
If your product is a Lighting accessory such as transformer, power supply and power converter and other similar parts, you are required to apply for the SIRC (through MANEH portal) and EE Registration (through SLS portal) prior to applying for Certification in SABER.
